Merry Christmas Everyone

Our Tree is up, the lights are on the house, we've made a batch of Turtles, and there is snow on the ground, it must be Christmas Time!

It's only November 28th but the Holiday Season is in full swing for us.
For the first time in Eight years I failed to go door busting on Black Friday with my female family members; instead I stayed home to bake this year's Gingerbread house.

Doesn't it look lovely? (see slideshow above)
And yes there really is a light on in the inside of our confectionary delight, all thanks to my Dad, ever the construction guy, who had to wire the electricity after the installation was complete.

Sammy's cast is finally off. On to the physical therapy to get her to straighten and bend it to full capacity. We are just so glad she can take a real bath now PU!!! She was so brave when it came time to saw off the cast and pull the pins out. Unlike her mother who had to find a nice spot on the cold ground to sit on for a while until the room stopped spinning. (All this time I thought Brett had the queasy stomach).

I hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas, A Happy New Year and a Happy Birthday to Me and Sammy (it'll probably be that long until I update again. LOL!)

The Brett and Danylle Utley Family

Hi everyone, we've finally made it into cyberspace, if only we had something to say right now. It took a great deal of brain power to create this first entry what with the rest of the family already catching up on their ZZZzzz's.

Don't worry more pictures, history and crazy antics from the Utley's are yet to come. Stay tuned for more information on upcoming exciting news from your favorite blog.
In case you were wondering what all the fuss was about, just take a look at Sammy's Elbow
